The 'Ordinary Objects, Extraordinary Times' collection comprised of eight video stories were derived from an earlier exhibition organised by Healing Through Remembering entitled: 'Everyday Objects Transformed by The Conflict'. The exhibition of physical artifacts first opened 14-24 November 2011 before going on tour between March and July 2012 and then appearing back in Belfast in August 2012.

An extensive cross-community project which looks at the issue of how to deal with the past relating to the conflict in, and about, Northern Ireland. HTR does not provide support and services directly to victims, however much of its discussions, debates and recommendations are victims focused. It has also focused on the issue of story-telling as well as carryout out in-house story-telling projects. One story-telling collection produced is entitled: 'Ordinary Objects, Extraordinary Times' (see relevant collection entry).
